That is why RSA has assembled a talented team of individuals who are experts in the reprographic industry and are always prepared to assist members in improving operational efficiencies, enhancing business practices and gaining more market share. Whether it is vendor relationship building, advocacy for contract and negotiations, or training on new products or emerging technology, the RSA team is ready to serve.

Kevin Howes - Executive Director

Kevin Howes comes to the RSA with a wealth of knowledge and an extensive background in both reprographics and large format printing. With decades of experience in the Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) industry, Kevin served in various roles at companies including RTI Digital, CET Color, Xerox, and Océ. Kevin started his reprographic career in his native DC area with local firms Print-O-Stat, Rowley Scher Reprographics and CAD 1. He earned his M.A.S – Management degree from The Johns Hopkins University, Carey School of Business. An avid skier, Kevin lives in Denver with wife Marcia and has four children.

Dan Schoenherr National Sales Director

As the sales director for the RSA Gateway Program and the e-commerce site, Dan brings decades of technology sales experience in providing the right printing, scanning and document management solution for member company customers. Prior to the RSA, Dan was employed in embedded products design where he sold to companies as diverse as GE Transportation and Mercedes. Dan was also self-employed in the IT excess inventory channel for more than 11 years and prior to that had once placed a computer into every public library in north central Iowa. He ran cross country in college and is now a cycling and cross-country skiing enthusiast.

Kellie Kleinz - Executive Administrator

Kellie joined the RSA in 2015 as the membership customer service coordinator and now is the Executive Administrative Assistant. With many years of experience in accounting and operations, Kellie focuses much her time executing the RSA Annual meeting, other education events and financial reporting. A Seattle native, Kellie lives in Denver with her partner, John, and is a committed baseball fan.

Rebecca Beilman - Office Administrator

As the title of longest tenured RSA team member with over 10 years in many positions, Rebecca was initially charged with administering and guiding the ordering process for what was then a newly adopted RSA OEM equipment program. Over time and under her watchful eye the program has become one of the most successful programs in RSA history. She has a keen eye for detail and ensures the success of both our members and vendors through her administrative efforts. Prior to joining the RSA, Rebecca was an Ophthalmology Specialist. Along with her husband, Tony, she happily dotes on her five grandchildren.

Celeste Killian - Member Services

Celeste serves at the central point of contact for members services and addresses the ongoing needs of RSA’s network. She previously worked with individuals with mental disabilities. In addition, Celeste served as the Marketing Assistant and Lead Concierge during the construction and opening process of a Senior Living Center in California. Celeste is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a concentration of Organizational Behavior at Colorado Technical University. Celeste and her husband have two children and enjoy the outdoors of Colorado whether on motorcycle or camping.
